Suppose we receive customer questions using the old plans (Starter and Basic). In that case, we will limit our response to questions about general specifications, such as those listed in the Knowledge Base. We will not be able to answer questions that cannot be answered without taking into account your LITTLE HELP CONNECT or HubSpot customization.
If you want us to answer questions based on your customization situation, you must upgrade to the Standard plan or higher. If you would like to upgrade, please get in touch with us via chat or email.
