The custom-sized rich message is now available.

Why does it matter?
Until now, LITTLE HELP CONNECT only support square (height: 1040px * width: 1040px) rich messages. With this update, the height of rich messages can be specified from 520px to 2080px, allowing rich messages to be delivered vertically or horizontally, depending on your preference.

How does it work?
At the rich message settings, select the template “Custom Size”. Then, specify the height of the rich message in the “Height (px)” field.
