1. Inbox contact properties can now be freely customized.
2. The message broadcast can now be duplicated from the details screen.
3. Folders can now be specified when creating a new broadcast.

Why does it matter?
1. Because the properties displayed in the inbox were fixed, it was necessary to go to the HubSpot contact page to see other items.
2. The duplication process was time-consuming because it could not be duplicated from the detail screen.
3. Since folders could not be specified when creating a new folder, it was time-consuming to move folders after creation.

How does it work?
1. Specify the properties to be used under “Contact Properties to Display” in the “Inbox” section of the settings screen.

The specified properties are displayed in the right sidebar of the Inbox. You can view and edit the property values.

2. You can duplicate a delivery by clicking the “Duplicate” button on the message broadcast details page.

Specify the destination folder in the pop-up to duplicate.

3. You can specify the folder on the create a new broadcast page. The broadcast will be created on the top page if nothing is specified.
