Due to changes in our accounting system and operations, we regret to inform you that we will be changing the timing of billing and scheduled payment dates for LITTLE HELP CONNECT.

| Background of Billing and Payment Date Change In the past, we have adjusted our payment sites and invoicing dates to meet the needs of our clients. In the beginning, the number of clients was limited and our accounting workload was not high. However, now that we are in our fourth year of service, with the increase in the number of clients and the increase in development work for LITTLE HELP CONNECT, the need to improve the efficiency of our accounting work has arisen, and we have made this decision. The new billing date will be the same as the official LINE account billing date in order to avoid any possible confusion for our customers. Below are the details of the changes, which we hope you will find helpful. We apologize again for any inconvenience this may cause. | Effective DateFrom September 1, 2023 New: Billing date and expected payment date Credit card debitMonthly Fee The debit is made at the beginning of each month. Payment for the current month will be made at the beginning of the current month and will be paid in advance.Additional Fee On the 10th of the following month, the additional usage fee for the current month will be deducted.Bank transfer Monthly FeeAn invoice for the current month will be emailed to you at the beginning of each month. Payment is due by the end of the following month. Please transfer the amount to our account by the end of the following month.Additional FeeOn the 10th of the following month, you will receive an invoice for the additional usage fee for the month via email. Payment is due by the end of the following month. Please transfer the amount to our account by the end of the following month. Example: PaymentMonthly FeeMonthly fee for September will be charged on 9/1. For credit card debit, the monthly fee will be deducted on 9/1. In case of bank transfer, please make the bank transfer by 10/31. August is a transitional month for our accounting operations, so we will bill you on a pro-rated basis for the remaining August days, excluding those days you have already paid for. Please be assured that there will be no loss on your side. Additional FeeIf the number of messages sent in September exceeds the contracted amount, the excess amount will be charged as an additional usage fee on 10/10. In the case of credit card debit, the excess amount will be deducted on 10/10. In case of bank transfer, please make the bank transfer by 11/30. |
