Thank you for using LITTLE HELP CONNECT.We would like to inform you that we will be increasing the monthly fee for LITTLE HELP CONNECT effective December 1, 2023.
Below are the details of the background and the target customers.
Implementation Date
- From December 1, 2023
EligibilityCustomers who match any of the following conditions are eligible
- New LITTLE HELP CONNECT customers who start a paid plan on or after December 1, 2023
- For customers who start using an upgraded plan or additional plan from their current LITTLE HELP CONNECT plan on or after December 1, 2023.
Caution
If you apply for LITTLE HELP CONNECT by November 30, 2023 and start using it after December 1, 2023, it will still be subject to the new pricing. Please note that
If you wish to use the old price, you must start using the service by November 30, 2023.
New price
- Standard Plan 250 USD/month ➔ 450 USD/month
- Enterprise Plan 750 USD/month ➔ 900 USD/month
Background of Price Revision
- Thanks to your support, LITTLE HELP CONNECT is now in its fourth year since its launch, and although we have added various features over the past four years, we have not made any major changes to the price.
However, due to the gradually increasing server costs and support costs, we are now in a situation where we cannot absorb the cost increase by our own efforts alone.
Therefore, we regret to inform you that we will be revising our prices effective December 1, 2023, in order to maintain and improve our service quality.
