1. Inbox user status can now be bi-directionally synchronized with contacts.
2. Added “Quick Start” articles to the Knowledge Base.

Why does it matter?
1. Until now, user statuses in the LITTLE HELP CONNECT inbox were not synced to HubSpot contacts, limiting their use to within the inbox.
2. Because the documentation was not organized by use case, users had to refer to various pages to achieve what they wanted.

How does it work?

1. When the user status is set in the inbox, the value is synchronized to the “LINE user inbox status” property of the HubSpot contact.

Changing the value of the “LINE user inbox status” property on HubSpot will also change the value in the LITTLE HELP CONNECT inbox.

2. Added “Quick Start” articles to the Knowledge Base.
