Key Improvements in the New Mobile App
1. Significant Enhancements in User Experience
Through extensive analysis of feedback from user interviews, we thoroughly identified issues in our previous app version. Based on these insights, we redesigned and rebuilt the UI/UX from scratch, dramatically improving the app’s usability.
2. Google Login Integration
Previously, the mobile app did not support Google Login, requiring users who utilized Google authentication on the web version to set up a separate password. With this update, Google Login is now supported, simplifying app usage significantly.
3. Enhanced Push Notifications
Tapping on a push notification for received messages now directly opens the relevant contact’s chat screen, enabling quicker and more intuitive interaction. This feature was strongly requested by our users. Additionally, we've improved the reliability of push notifications and simplified troubleshooting in case of issues.

For instance, even when you're out of the office and receive an urgent inquiry, you can immediately check messages via real-time notifications, quickly review customer contract details and previous interactions, and respond accurately. This enables flexible customer service, unrestricted by location or time, leading to an enhanced customer experience.

As a new graduate designer, I had the opportunity to design the UI for the new mobile app. I focused on designing from a user perspective, carefully considering when and where the app would be used. Special attention was given to ensuring clarity of information, including thoughtful details such as tag colors and text readability.
