The sender name and icon on the LINE talk room can now be switched when 1:1 chat.
Why does it matter? Until now, with 1:1 chat, all messages were sent from the LINE official account, and the recipient could not tell who the message was from. How does it work? You can switch the message’s sender name and profile image to that of the user by checking the “Display sender name” checkbox on the right side of the submission form.
The user name and profile image are set on the LITTLE HELP CONNECT administration console. You can create a user from “Users” in the settings. The name you set here will be the “sender name” (We map users using their email address as a key when sending from HubSpot).
The sender’s image is set in the profile settings. Only the logged-in user themselves can upload a profile image.
