We are announcing that effective October 16, 2023, there will be a cap on the number of custom QR codes that can be created with Little Help Connect.

Below are the details of the new rules and customers who are eligible for this change.

Implementation Date

  • From October 16, 2023

Eligible Customer

  • All customers of paid plans of LITTLE HELP CONNECT

Details of the limit on the number of codes created

The maximum number of custom QR codes that can be created with LITTLE HELP CONNECT will be changed as follows.

  • Up to now
    • No limit on the number of custom QR codes that can be created
  • From now on
    • There is a limit to the number of custom QR codes that can be created (up to 300).
      *If you wish to create more than the maximum number of codes, please use the option “$100 (tax not included)/month for each additional 100 codes”.

If you have already created more than 300 custom QR codes
Please be assured that we will not restrict operations until December 2023; from January 2024, only customers who do not use the option will be restricted on the administration screen. Please be aware of this.

If you wish to use the option “12,000 yen (tax not included)/month for each additional 100 units
