LINE Emoji is now available
You can now use LINE Emoji in your messages and 1:1 chats. This allows you to create more LINE-like messages, so please take advantage of this feature.
Property Selection Picker
LITTLE HELP CONNECT allows embedding contact property values in messages. Still, until now, it was necessary to write a token (the internal name of the contact property enclosed in curly braces). By using the property selection picker, embedding tokens becomes easier.
Use of short-lived channel access tokens
Short-lived channel access tokens are now available for LITTLE HELP CONNECT. Short-lived channel access tokens are access tokens with a fixed expiry date and are more secure than long-lived channel access tokens. They also simplify the initial setup as there is no need to log in to the LINE Developers administration page.
Additional options for the Question action in Chatflow
Added an option for a question action in Chatflow.
– When selecting multiple-selection type properties, it is now possible to specify whether to append to or replace existing values.
– When selecting a date-type property, you can specify the date picker’s initial, maximum, and minimum values.
– When asking text-type questions, keyboard input can now be canceled.
The Cancel button is displayed by default but can be turned off if not needed.
Search function for user list
Users can now be searched by name or email address partial match.
“Exclude List” in the Smart Rich Menu
The menu is not displayed for contacts included in the exclude list.
