  1. Sales Hub Pro, Marketing Hub Pro or higher is required to take full advantage of the paid plans
  2. The number of CS seats is the number of people authorized to reply to a 1:1 chat. There is no limit to the number of users of the tool.
  3. The number of messages is based on the number of messages sent by the manned response and the number of messages delivered simultaneously. Automatic responses are not included in the message count.
  4. Minimum contract period is 1 month. There is no daily rate. Please contact us at least one month prior to the contract renewal date if you wish to cancel your contract.
  5. The monthly fee is paid in advance at the beginning of each month, and the additional message fee is paid after the end of each month around the 10th of the following month.
  6. We offer a 10% discount if you pay the monthly fee in full for the year.

Notes on the use of LITTLE HELP CONNECT

Before using the service, please make individual contracts with HubSpot, LINE, Twilio, and Acrito. This is not necessary if you already have a contract.

Onboarding service (paid support)

This is a paid support service to ensure smooth use of LITTLE HELP CONNECT, where staff with knowledge of HubSpot, LINE accounts, and SMS (Twilio / Acryte) are assigned to customers on a full-time basis. We provide support for initial setup, ID integration, scenario building, tool transfer, and other implementation tasks, as well as operation explanations and day-to-day operational consultation.

*Introduction support service is required for customers who subscribe to the Standard plan or higher.

  1. STEP 01
    Contact Us

    Please contact us using the inquiry form. A representative will contact you within two business days.

  2. STEP 02
    Service Introduction and Proposal

    A representative will provide a detailed explanation of LITTLE HELP CONNECT’s features and examples of its use. Meetings are generally held online. We will ask you about your current tool usage and planned LINE initiatives, and answer whether or not LITTLE HELP CONNECT can be used to achieve these goals.

  3. STEP 03
    Contract

    Please apply via our application form. Our internal process takes 0 to 1 day.

  4. STEP 04
    Installation support (up to 2 months after signing the contract)

    An implementation support representative will contact you via email within 2 business days of signing the contract. Implementation support is available for two months from the date of the first meeting. We will listen to the customer’s current situation and image of utilization, and support the implementation of LITTLE HELP CONNECT according to best practices. Explanation of data migration procedures from existing tools will also be provided.

  5. STEP 05
    Technical Support

    Technical support is provided via email or chat. Questions will be answered within 3 business days between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm on weekdays. Please let us know if your question is more urgent and we will respond promptly.

  6. STEP 06
    Regular Contact

    Around four times a year, customer support will contact you by e-mail to ask if you have any problems using the tool. We will ask you about the status of your use, any problems you are having, and your plans for future LINE initiatives, and we will propose better ways to use the tool and improve our services.

FAQ (Questions about fees)

Please select a plan based on the number of messages you wish to send per month. We recommend the Standard plan if you send up to 30,000 LINE messages per month, and the Enterprise plan if you send more than 40,000 messages per month. Please contact our sales staff for details on the different features of each plan.

For 1:1 chats, each callout is basically counted. If you are using the canned message feature, 3 balloons are counted as 1 delivery. When sending messages to multiple friends at once or using segmented delivery, each message is counted as “number of messages delivered x number of people”. For both simultaneous delivery and segmented delivery, only three callouts can be included in a single delivery message.

Customers on the Free plan are not eligible for technical support. If you would like to use technical support, please sign up for the Standard or Enterprise plan. You can contact us via email or chat for technical support.

If you wish to connect multiple official LINE accounts, please sign up for a plan contract for each account. For example, if you wish to connect 3 official LINE accounts to LITTLE HELP CONNECT, you will need to sign up for 3 Standard or Enterprise plans. Please note that the Free Plan allows you to connect only one official LINE account and the message storage period is 1 year.

If you wish to connect multiple LINE Official Account subscriptions to the same HubSpot, you only need to sign up for one introduction support contract. If you wish to connect multiple official LINE accounts to the same HubSpot, you will only need to sign up for the number of HubSpots required for the implementation support. Please be aware of this.

In case of credit card payment, the amount will be debited immediately. In case of bank transfer, payment must be made by the end of the following month. The monthly fee must be paid in advance at the beginning of the month. Please note that there is no daily rate. Additional messages in excess of the number of free messages will be charged on the 10th of the following month.

LITTLE HELP CONNECT does not charge for sending SMS. Customers themselves pay directly to Twilio or Acreage for the number of messages they wish to send.

There is no function to automatically stop sending messages even if the number of messages sent reaches the plan’s limit. You can check the usage status of the number of messages sent per month at any time in the “Usage and Billing” section of the dashboard. Please check the notification sent to the person in charge when the number of messages sent approaches the limit. If you exceed the limit of free messages, you will be charged 2 yen per message (tax not included) for the Standard plan and 1 yen per message (tax not included) for the Enterprise plan as “additional messages”, payable monthly at the end of each month and paid later around the 10th of the following month.*Please note that as an exception, if the number of messages subscribed to by the official LINE account, Twilio, or Acreage has reached the maximum limit, you will automatically be unable to send messages from LITTLE HELP CONNECT as well.

If you are unable to send messages via the official LINE account, Twitlio, or Acreage, you will not be able to send messages via Little Help Connect even if you have not reached the limit for free messages on Little Help Connect. Please check your account and SMS usage status.
