Product Update: November 22, 2022
1. Rich messages, Rich video messages, and Card-type messages can now be managed in folders.
2. The list of custom QR codes can now be exported.
Why does it matter?
1. It was difficult for multiple teams to manage messages because they could not create folders.
2. You can aggregate in external tools if the list can be exported.
How does it work?
1. The list page for Rich messages, Rich video messages, and Card-based messages has been revamped. Folders can be created from the “Create Folder” button in the upper right corner of the list.
After selecting the check box for the target message, click the “Move” button at the bottom to store the message in a folder.
2. Data can be exported from the “Export” button in the list of custom QR codes. The format of the exported file is CSV.
