Product Update: August 22, 2022
Product Update1. The “Activity and billing” page has been revamped to allow confirming an accurate monthly and a daily number of messages.
2. You can now start a trial of a paid plan at any time.
3. The Inbox panel can now be kept open and closed.
Why does it matter?
1. It has been difficult to check the number of messages to be billed.
2. When Installing the integration, the initial state is a trial for a paid plan, so a user needed to inquire if they wanted to use a Free plan.
3. All panels of the Inbox were closed when the page was displayed, so it was necessary to open the panel each time.
How does it work?
1. You can access the new page from your account connection’s “Activity and Billing” tab. The “Dashboard” allows you to view the number of messages you are billed for monthly and daily.
The number of successful Push API attempts is what LITTLE HELP CONNECT is billed for. Figures are based on totals provided by LINE.
Under “Subscription,” you can view and change the subscription plan for the relevant account connection. Under “Payment History,” “Payment Method,” and “Company Information,” you can retrieve and view payment information from Stripe (*only for customers who pay by credit card).
2. After installing the LITTLE HELP CONNECT, you will be on the Free plan by default. After that, a confirmation message to start the trial will appear when accessing the paid plan features.
3. Retains the open/closed state of the Inbox panel. The previous state is displayed even when the page is reopened, eliminating the previous hassle.
