Product Update
You can now use “LINE Audience” to combine HubSpot lists and information the LINE platform holds (user attributes, conversions from LINE ads, etc.) for segment broadcasting.
Why does it matter?
Combining HubSpot’s customer data with the audience of the LINE platform enables more accurate segment broadcasting.
How does it work?
Users included in HubSpot’s list can be further narrowed down using LINE audiences (see “Audiences – LINE for Business“).
1. To display the selection options, enable the “Use LINE Audience” checkbox in the “Broadcast target” section of the Broadcast settings.

In the “Audience” section, you can select the audience you have created in your LINE official account.

The “Attribute Filter” allows you to narrow your broadcast targets further using user attributes. Five attributes are available: gender, age, OS type, area, and friend period.

2. After the message is broadcast, you can confirm the performance of the broadcast on the detail screen.

Limitation
While LINE Audience enables highly accurate segmented broadcasts, there are some restrictions to protect user privacy.
a)Please combine your audience and attribute information so that you have at least 50 people to send. If this criterion is not met, LINE Audience cannot be used.
b)Individual tracking of each user for delivered, opens, and clicks are not possible.
c)If the number of reaches, opens, or clicks are less than 20, “0” will be displayed.
d)Contact tokens are not available.
If less than 50 people are targeted for broadcast, delivery will result in an error.

In addition, the overall number of delivered, opens, and clicks will be displayed, but individual users will not be listed.
