Product Update: August 15, 2022
Product Update1. Automated templates are now available for chatflows, auto-responders, custom QR codes, and 1:1 chats.
2. A preview of the JSON message is now displayed on the 1:1 chat page.
3. The user who updates is now displayed in each setting.
Why does it matter?
1. The automated template can be reused in various places to reduce the time and effort of creating messages. Also, the automated templates can be used to track opens and clicks.
2. It has been inconvenient to check the details of JSON messages on the 1:1 chat page.
3. Knowing who last updated the settings make it easier for the team to collaborate.
How does it work?
1. In the message creation field, select “Automated template” and specify a pre-set automatic delivery template.
You can track opens and clicks when sending messages using the automated template.
To use the automated template for 1:1 chat, please set the automated template to be used in “Template” settings in advance. Then, you can select it as a template message for the chat.
2. A preview of the JSON message delivered is displayed on the 1:1 chat page.
Also, previews are displayed on the report’s delivery message detail dialog.
3. The name of the user who updates is now displayed in the list of each setting screen (for data updated on or after August 12).
