Product Update: June 19, 2022

1. File storage feature added.
2. Now, Image and video files can be attached to message broadcasts.
3. Now, users' tags in Inbox can be selected from a dropdown list.

Why does it matter?
1. Customers who could not use HubSpot's file feature had trouble finding a place to upload their files. Even if they could use the file feature, it was inconvenient because of the separate management page.
2. Until now, it has been necessary to write JSON code to attach image and video files for broadcasts.
3. Inconveniences were occurring in tag operation in the team, such as each user creating different tags for the same purpose.

How does it work?

1. Access the file management page from the menu "Storage" > "Files". Upload any file from "Upload File" in the upper right corner.



Supported file formats are .png, .jpg, and .mp4, and uploaded files can be up to 30 MB in size.

2. With the message type "Image" or "Video", you can select a file uploaded to the storage and attach it to the message.


3. When the focus is placed on the tag input field in the Inbox, tags that have been set in the past are displayed in the dropdown list. You can also filter the tags by entering text.


Currently, it is not possible to edit or delete tags that have been added. We are planning to release a management feature in the near future, but if you need it before then, please contact our support.
